ESI was established in 1991 to provide HVAC for all facets of the construction and service industry.

ESI has worked under contract for a wide range of businesses including Bovis Lend/Lease, University of South Florida, Sembler Company, Tampa Electric Company, and many others.

We have designed and completed the mechanical systems for numerous shopping centers and commercial businesses in Florida. We currently have contracts for installation and design work for 1.8 million square feet of commercial buildings. Additionally, we install complete HVAC systems for several hundred new homes each
year. We have several apartment complexes and senior living facilities also under construction.

Our services range from the simplest filter change, to replacement of large chiller plants and cooling towers. ESI performs comprehensive planned maintenance on these systems.

ESI operates out of our own 10,000 square foot offices and warehouse in Port Richey, FL. We have about 25 employees, and numerous dedicated subcontractors. Our office staff includes 8 highly motivated and trained professionals, ensuring nothing is missed in the field or office.

Our operations are structured in such a way that, each major project has a foreman, and one or more field crews. That foreman answers to one of the four project managers in the office that is assigned to that job. The Operations Manager oversees the entire scope of jobs and service and reports as necessary to the CEO and the President.
